Advanced Reporting keeps you out of the position of guessing which campaigns are performing. Every report in Lead Capsule runs in real time, from the moment you log in.

Dashboard reports

Your dashboard opens with a live summary, broken down the way you actually manage the business:

• Company Overview - leads generated or purchased, amount invested, revenue, and profit.
• Vertical Overview & Fulfillment - how each vertical is performing, and how each sales campaign inside it is tracking against its caps.
• Vendor Overview & Client Overview - investment, revenue, and profit broken out by vendor and by client.
• Client Fulfillment - how each buyer campaign is performing against its caps.
• Verification Overview - valid and failed verification counts across your campaigns.
• Leads Purchased & Leads Sold - accepted and rejected pings, pending/accepted/rejected leads, returns, and tests, by vendor or client campaign.

Any of these dashboard reports can be scheduled to arrive by email - hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or annually - with a subject line you control.

Advanced reports

Beyond the dashboard, Lead Capsule ships more than a dozen canned reports for deeper analysis, including:

• Lead Report - filter and display by vertical, source, vendor, client, and date, across every lead in the system.
• Transaction Report - every transaction in a date range, filterable by status, type, user, vendor, and client.
• Profit & Loss - campaign name, lead count, revenue, investment, and profit for a selected period.
• Client Report & Vendor Report - accepted, rejected, and returned lead counts and amounts owed, per client or vendor.
• Connected Campaigns - a grid of every vendor campaign and the client campaigns it's linked to, with lead caps, schedules, and filters.
• Verification reports - valid and failed verifications, down to the individual lead and field.
