Take payments online

• Manual entry - enter a client's credit card or ACH details yourself and process the payment.
• Client-initiated - clients pay through a Pay Now link on their invoice or by logging into their Client Portal. See Payment Gateways for setup.
• Prepay - configure a delivery campaign as prepaid so a client funds their account before leads go out.

Record payments received outside Lead Capsule

Log offline payments, including ACH, check, credit card, PayPal, or wire transfer, so every invoice reflects reality even when the money moved elsewhere.

Fix mistakes without a support ticket

• Void - cancel a payment applied to the wrong account in one click.
• Refund - return all or part of a payment to the original card or account, or log an offline refund for a mailed check.
• Credit - apply a credit back to a client's account, online or offline.
