Lead Capsule generates client invoices manually or on a schedule, using templates you control. Invoices can be emailed directly, and clients can view, download, and pay them from their Client Portal.

Templates that match how you bill

• Invoice templates - build one master template or a custom template per client, for both manual and automated invoicing.
• Payment terms - choose from pre-configured terms or set a custom due date.
• Multiple currencies - invoice each client in the currency you deal with them in.

Group invoice items your way

Templates can group leads by campaign, by date, by campaign and date (or the reverse), or by individual transaction.

Automate the schedule

Set invoices to generate daily, weekly, monthly, or annually, and define the billing period each invoice covers: by day, week, calendar week, semi-month, month, calendar month, year, or calendar year.

Get paid faster

• Payment methods - clients can pay by ACH, credit card, PayPal, check, or wire transfer.
• Pay Now links - every invoice can include a direct payment link tied to PayPal or your payment gateway; paid invoices are marked automatically.
• Multiple gateways - route different payment methods, such as Visa versus American Express, through different gateways.

Stay on top of every invoice

Configure automatic email notifications, including from address, CC, BCC, subject, and a message that can pull in the client name, invoice number, or balance due, or send invoices manually at any time. See Payments for how payments are recorded and reconciled once they come in.
