Fraud and low-quality data are the two biggest costs in lead generation - vendors selling leads that were never real, or consumers filling out a form with a fake phone number just to see what's behind it. Lead Capsule verifies lead data in real time, before you pay for it and before you resell it, so bad leads get caught at the door instead of showing up in a client's return request.

What gets verified

• Phone - confirms the number is valid and reachable.
• Email - confirms the address is valid and deliverable, reducing bounce-driven waste in email campaigns downstream.
• Name - validates that a first and last name are real and well-formed.
• Address - validates against USPS-standard address data, and can append missing data to the lead as part of the check.
• IP address - validates the IP the lead was submitted from.

Lead Capsule integrates with third-party verification and scoring providers - including Xverify - so you're not limited to a single vendor's coverage or pricing.

Where verification runs

• On intake - verify leads as they're posted in from a vendor or web form, and reject the ones that fail automatically.
• Before resale - run a second verification pass immediately before a lead is sold to a client, so a lead that's gone stale between capture and sale doesn't slip through.

Scoring, not just pass/fail

Beyond a simple accept-or-reject check, Lead Capsule supports lead scoring - setting a minimum quality score a lead must meet to pass, rather than a single binary rule. That gives you a tunable quality bar instead of an all-or-nothing gate.
