Work the leads you buy in the same platform you bought them in, with the vendor, campaign, verification and cost still attached to every record.
Plenty of lead buyers do not pass leads on to somebody else. They work them. A team calls, qualifies, follows up and closes, and the lead is only worth what that team does with it. For those buyers, a delivery integration into a separate CRM is a second system to license, learn, connect and reconcile, and it puts a wall between where the lead came from and where it was worked.
CRM seats put the two on the same side of the wall. Leads arrive already in the CRM, assigned, with everything the platform knows about where they came from and what they cost still attached.
A lead that arrives in an external CRM arrives as a row of contact fields. The vendor it came from, the campaign, the verification results, the price paid, the exclusivity it was sold under: all of that stays behind in the lead system, and reuniting it later is a reporting project.
Worked in Lead Capsule CRM, none of it is separated in the first place. Your agents see the lead, and your reporting sees what the agent did with it against what the lead cost. Cost per acquisition stops being an estimate assembled from two systems.
Seats are added and removed from your subscription as the team changes, and the per-seat price steps down in bands as the seat count rises, so scaling a desk does not scale the cost per person on it. Changes are previewed before they are applied and prorated against your current cycle rather than starting a new one.
A buyer who wants to test a vertical but has no CRM to receive leads into usually stalls at exactly that point. A seat means there is somewhere for leads to land on day one, without a build. Buyers coming through Bid Capsule get a seat provisioned free when their first bid funds, for the same reason: nobody should be locked out of buying because their delivery endpoint does not exist yet.
