Bulk Import Leads

Turn aged leads into revenue, at scale

Bulk Import brings leads you already have - aged inventory, vendor files, past campaigns - into Lead Capsule so they can be scrubbed, organized, and sold. The import engine is built for volume, processing up to 100,000 records per second, so even large files move fast.

How it works

Map the fields in your CSV file to the fields in the destination vertical, then import. Every record is checked for duplicates as part of the process, so what comes out the other end is ready to sell - to a third-party buyer, through your Store Front, or delivered straight into your CRM.

Import controls

• Any configured vertical - pick the destination vertical from a dropdown; no manual setup per import.
• Scheduled imports - point Lead Capsule at your FTP server, set a frequency, and let it pull new files automatically. See Scheduling.
• Import on behalf of a vendor - attribute imported leads to your own campaigns or to a specific affiliate/vendor, so source and cost stay tracked. See Vendor Management.
• Data appending - enrich existing leads with additional fields during import instead of creating duplicate records.
• Duplicate checking - exclude duplicates by field, such as email or phone, checked within the file itself or against leads already in Lead Capsule, over a timeframe you set.
• Suppression - scrub incoming files against a buyer's, client's, or global suppression list before they're imported. See Data Suppression.
• Field mapping - save a mapping once and reuse it on every future import from the same source.
