The Sales Portal is a dedicated login for your sales team - separate from your admin system - where they can track every lead sold to the clients they signed. No spreadsheets, no asking an admin to pull a report.

What sales staff can do

• Search sold leads - look up leads sold to any client they manage, without needing access to the rest of Lead Capsule.
• Run reports - real-time reporting on leads sold, with hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly views.
• Process returns - return individual leads, or upload a CSV to process bulk returns for a client, without routing the request through an admin.

Built for access anywhere

Each rep gets a unique login and a dedicated portal link, reachable from anywhere with an internet connection. Access is scoped to the clients they've signed, so reps see their own book of business and nothing else.
