Scheduling

Restrict when vendor and client campaigns accept and deliver leads, day by day, so leads reach buyers during business hours and never go stale.

Keep leads from going stale

A lead loses value the longer it sits. Scheduling lets you restrict when your vendor and client campaigns accept and deliver leads, so nothing waits around outside the hours a buyer actually wants it.

Set hours per campaign, per day

Vendor and client campaigns are scheduled independently, and each day of the week can carry its own setting:

  • Open all day - leads are accepted or delivered from midnight to midnight.
  • Closed all day - no leads are accepted or delivered that day.
  • Time range - set a specific window, such as 9am to 6pm, for that day only.

Two schedules, two purposes

A vendor schedule controls when you're willing to accept incoming leads. A client schedule controls when a buyer is delivered leads - useful when a client only staffs certain hours and doesn't want leads arriving while no one can act on them.

Scheduling also applies to recurring data pulls - see Bulk Import for scheduled FTP imports on an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
