Send leads as a scheduled file instead of a live feed

Bulk email delivery packages matching leads into a CSV file and emails it to you or your buyers on a schedule - once, hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly - rather than sending each lead the moment it arrives. It's the right method when a buyer wants a periodic batch to load into their own systems instead of a stream of individual real-time messages, or when you're clearing aged inventory on a recurring cadence.

Building the file

• Custom file names - generate a distinct file name for each CSV, per buyer or per run.
• Field mapping - control the CSV header row, such as renaming "FirstName" to "First_Name".
• System columns - optionally include Lead Capsule's own Lead ID, Create Date, or Vendor ID as extra columns alongside the lead data.

Setting the batch frequency

Choose whether the file goes out once, or on a recurring hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly schedule - set independently per campaign, so a single buyer relationship can run on the cadence they actually want their data in.

The message itself

As with real-time email delivery, you control the From, To, CC, BCC, subject, and body of the delivery message - the difference is that the leads themselves arrive as a CSV file attached to the email rather than embedded in the body, which keeps the message readable even when a batch contains hundreds of leads.

Delivery controls

• Delivery caps - cap the total leads in a batch for prepaid orders, or apply hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly caps.
• Exclusivity - control how long a lead stays exclusive before it can be resold.
• Advanced filtering - include only leads matching a buyer's criteria on any field, such as birth year or state.
• Scheduling - align batch timing with when a buyer actually wants files.
• Lead verification - validate leads before they're bundled into the file.
• Prepaid campaigns - require funding through the Client Portal, or payment on the buyer's behalf, before a batch goes out.

Confirming delivery

Lead Capsule can notify you by email or API when a batch is accepted, and it can receive notifications back from a buyer's system when leads in that batch are accepted, rejected, or returned - so a scheduled file delivers the same accountability as a real-time post, on the cadence you choose.
